Our annual membership fee, currently at just $110 for the 2024 calendar year ($10 of each membership fee will be used for scholarships to be granted on an annual basis to local students), is one of- if not- the lowest annual fee of any bar association in the Metropolitan area, and that price entitles members to monthly free CLE programs at which free dinners are provided. NRBA membership is truly a bargain in these challenging times!

Active (Lawyer) Membership - $110.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st
Your membership renewal date will be: January 01, 2026 No automatically recurring payments Any member of the Bar of the State of New York, in good standing, who resides in or has an office in the County of Westchester may become an Active Lawyer Member of the NRBA upon election to Active Membership and payment of dues.

Associate Membership - $110.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st
Your membership renewal date will be: January 01, 2026 No automatically recurring payments Any person employed in or residing in Westchester County is eligible to apply for NRBA membership if he/she is: (1) a paralegal employed or retained by or who is actively seeking employment by a lawyer, law firm, governmental agency or other entity; (2) an individual employed by a lawyer, law firm, governmental agency or other entity as a law office administrator; (3) an individual who is a title company agent, a licensed private investigator, a banker, a licensed insurance broker, agent, a licensed real estate broker or salesperson or a member of another law related occupation so approved by the Board of Directors; or (4) a member of the Bar of the State of New York, or of the Bar of any other state or territory, in good standing, who is not qualified for active membership may become an Associate Member.

Law Student Membership - $10.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st
Your membership renewal date will be: January 01, 2026 No automatically recurring payments Any law student in good standing in any accredited law school in or outside of Westchester County may apply to become a law student member in the NRBA.
